natrual happiness

Natural Happiness is a challenging topic for me since most of my time i am upset and i would like it to become happier. It is also a topic for me to learn from it stood out to be significant to me because i always question myself when will i ever be happy and to stay happy.I learned that natural happiness is what i want instead of synthetic happiness which i was settling for (I never knew their was a difference). When the word happiness comes to mind you think optimistically, not know that their are two different types of happiness synthetic and natural.Natural happiness comes from within as synthetic happiness is something put together. To me natural happiness is a permanent feeling, while synthetic happiness is a temporary feeling.
When thinking of natural happiness my son is the first thing that comes to mind. The love i have for my son is unconditional. He is unique in his own way.when he smile it makes me smile. When we wake up in the morning and see each other it brings joy. What made me sure  that it was natural happiness was that it doesn't have to be a particular occasion or special moment with him that makes me happy.Just me being around him or thinking of him makes me happy.Even
when he bites me or throw up after i just changed his clothes i still have to smile, weather its bad or good he still make me happy.
Natural happiness is something that is beneficial to everyone. It even affects the people around you in a positive way they can become happier just by the energy that you give off.Natural happiness also create better environment's and better relationships for one another.Image if the world was full with natural happiness it would be such a peaceful place.people would  also live longer being happier.Take my advice that happiness is the key and you will never go wrong being happy.
EVERYONE CHEERS FOR HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Tanaisha,

I love hearing you talk about your son - your love for him is so moving! This entry has a lot of passion. I'm not sure if some of the points you made about natural and synthetic happiness are exactly the ideas presented in by Gilbert. These should be clarified. Also, your writing needs a little TLC in terms of grammar - have you taken advantage of the Writing Center (E111)?
